DCE was appointed as a Leading Engineering Consultant to manage Design and Contract Management by MAB Pty Ltd for Thompsons Base development, 28 Hectare Industrial Business Park in Cranbourne West.

Thompsons Base development was a Four (2) Stage industrial development and the works including signalised intersection at Thompsons Road for Vicroads/DoT, large South East Water Sewer pump station and Melbourne Water Wetlands, Signalised intersection at Thompsons Road and Melbourne Water Wetlands works.

DCE was responsible for all stakeholder coordination including liaison with authorities and other relevant parties, functional design, detail design for Roads & Drainage works, Sewer & Water Reticulation works, Sewer Pump Station Design works, Wetlands Design works and all other associated infrastructure works.
