University Hill

The vision behind MAB Corporation's University Hill development in Bundoora was to create a "complete community" - a place where residents could live close to nature, yet be linked to key road networks, and within walking distance of work, education and leisure facilities, shops and public transport.

Consisting of a town centre, two business parks, an apartment precinct and the 400-lot Chancellor residential enclave, the University Hill development also preserves the precious Plenty Gorge parklands.

Another highlight of the project is the stunning wetlands. Covering over 50,000sqm and linking the natural watercourses to Plenty River, the main feature of the wetlands is a 9,000sqm lake within the residential precinct.

University Hill was awarded the Property Council of Australia's 2011 GroupGSA Award for Best Master Planned Community in addition to the Urban Development Institute of Australia's (UDIA) 2010 Master Planned Development Award.

DCE is proud to have been civil engineers to MAB Corporation's benchmark University Hill project.
