Third Street’s The Herbert is a 46 townhouse development located at 59-67 Surrey Road, Blackburn North on the site of a former orchard.

The development comprised of 46 luxury homes including 35 two-level and 11 three-level homes bounded by three street frontages. On site stormwater detention was required in accordance with council requirements. Tree Protection zones were also established to protect a number of existing trees on site.

DCE’s involvement included the design and tendering of all civil infrastructure.
