The Saffron Grove Retirement Village is a 100 dwelling gated community developed on a former school site in Hallam.
On steep terrain. the 3.2 Ha development has been carefully designed to ensure compliance to AS1428 - Access & Mobility.
DCE's involvement in the project included the detail design of all civil infrastructure, contract administration / project management and the coordination of building works which were undertaken concurrently with the civil works.
