Dexus’ 120-hectare 11-167 Palm Springs Road, Ravenhall site is located in the core West Melbourne industrial precinct and is set to benefit in the medium to long term from its proximity to the proposed Western Intermodal Freight Terminal. Dexus plans to develop up to 380,000 square metres of prime commercial and industrial property on the site, providing the opportunity to create circa $480 million of prime industrial product over a five to seven-year period.

DCE has been engaged by Dexus to complete civil engineering design and construction supervision services.

DCE engaged early with key authorities to meet and clearly plan key trunk infrastructure which required delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition the to the industrial subdivision works, DCE’s scope also included the delivery of a 900mm diameter City West Water Trunk Sewer, Two VicRoads Intersection upgrades and Melbourne Water Scheme Works.

DCE worked collaboratively with Dexus and builders to provide benched lots prior to SOC enabling building works to commence.
