Bloomdale is a 143ha master planned residential development by AVID Property Group (formerly Investa Land). Located in Diggers Rest, Bloomdale will house approximately 1,600 lots with an estimated whole development completion in 2024.

DCE has been engaged by AVID Property Group to design and project manage civil engineering services for the development including the following key road infrastructure projects:

• Houdini Drive/Vineyard Road intersection works includes installation new traffic signal
• License Road/Vineyard Road intersection works includes the widening & introduction of a new roundabout
• Diggers Rest Coimadai Road new roundabout construction works
