105 Newlands Road, Coburg was developed into 67 industrial / commercial lots.

Due to its proximity to city restaurants and the provision of a gas supply to each lot, food processing industries were attracted to the development. DCE’s involvement in the project included the design, tendering and contract administration of all civil infrastructure.
