Thoroughbred Park

Located on the Gisborne-Melton Highway in Melton, Thoroughbred Park is a 1200 lot residential development by the Banco Group of Companies.

DCE were appointed project managers and designers to this eight year project.

Works included the construction of stormwater retention basins and three separate wetlands in addition to construction of a major culvert over Little Blind Creek. The lot sizes ranged from 350m² to 2000m².
