River Valley Estate is a YourLand 1,200 lot residential estate that stretches for 3.6 km along pristine riverfront in Sunshine North.

Located on a former quarry on a steep escarpment abutting the Maribyrnong River, careful consideration of interface issues including flood management and the implementation of water quality treatment measures were a key component of the development requiring approval from council, Melbourne Water, Parks Victoria and DSE.

DCE has worked closely with Tract Consultants in the preparation of the bulk earthworks plans to meet the complicated urban design requirements.
