Portlink is an Intermodal Terminal and Logistics/Warehousing Estate in Dandenong South which will be an integral part of Salta Properties' Westgate network of Intermodal Terminals and Distribution Centres serving key areas of Melbourne.

Portlink Dandenong South occupies approximately 180Ha of land immediately adjacent to the Westernport Highway and Cranbourne Rail line, and will eventually comprise in excess of 600,000 sq.m of warehousing facilities, 10,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) heavy duty container hardstand storage capacity, and 4 x 600m rail slidings.

DCE has been engaged to complete the project management, detailed design, and construction supervision of all civil infrastructure associated with this project.
