Engaged by Racing & Wagering Western Australia (RWWA), DCE were involved in the design and contract administration of the Pinjarra Park Racecourse reconstruction.

With DCE engaged as project managers and designers, the project included a full reconstruction of the grass course, widening of the turns in addition to installation of a full drainage system and irrigation system.

10,000m of subsoil drainage was added to the track sub grade with 320mm of imported growing medium to return the track to its design surface profile.

The redevelopment was approved by RWWA in order to address a variety of issues in Western Australian racing including a lack of available racing venues in the winter months.
