Meridian Business Park

Commencing in 2008, Meridian Business Park is a MAB Corporation 23ha industrial / commercial development located on the former Goodyear site in Thomastown.

As a result of the previous use and nature of the site, there were numerous design challenges which needed to be addressed, including the incorporation of ground monitoring bores within the development.

The re-alignment of the existing Heyington Avenue / High Street railway crossing which involved extensive negotiations with VicTrack were also undertaken to provide a gateway entrance into the development.
