DCE were appointed as the head infrastructure consultant for MAB Corporation’s Element Park, a 3 Stage 38 Hectare industrial commercial development location on the corner of Berwick-Cranbourne Road and Thompsons Road in Clyde North.

DCE were engaged to complete Civil Engineering and Project Management services with development works including construction of Melbourne Water Scheme pipes, upgrade of Berwick-Cranbourne Road (VicRoads) and construction of a new signalised intersection.

The Berwick-Cranbourne Road upgrade included a signalised cross intersection including road, drainage and traffic signalling works in accordance with VicRoads construction standards. Completed in 2019 the intersection serves as the main access point to Element Park Business Development including access to Bunnings Warehouse and the retail centre As Head Infrastructure Consultant, DCE is responsible for the functional and detail design of all roads, stormwater drainage and other associated infrastructure works such as watermains and service lowering. DCE is also managing the pavement extension of approximately 800m.
