125 Colemans Road, Dandenong South

Colemans Road is a 22ha industrial subdivision located in Dandenong South. The project consisted of 5 stages, which DCE had been engaged by the client Colemans Road Pty Ltd to provide detail design, project management, and construction supervision services

The existing site at Colemans Road was an old sand quarry which required full remediation. Work included the importation and compaction of approx. 700,000 cubic metres of fill material.

External works included the upgrading of Colemans Road and Taylors Road in accordance with City of Greater Dandenong standards. The filling operation was staged, enabling new roads an services to be progressively constructed.
