The Link Industrial Estate is located on Perry Road in Keysborough.

DCE were engaged by CIP to complete the design and construction management of all civil infrastructure associated with this 20Ha Industrial Estate which included a 7Ha Wetland / Retarding Basin.

The project presented a number of challenges including a 600mm Oil and 250mm Gas pipeline operated by Viva and Esso which traversed the site. DCE liaised with the pipeline operators & ESV (Energy Safe Victoria) to facilitate the necessary approvals which involved the construction of a bridging slab to protect the pipelines.

The implementation of pressure sewers throughout the development was instigated by DCE and accepted by South East Water to eliminate the construction of deep sewers in ground water.
