Stonefields Estate consists of 360 residential lots constructed over 6 stages.

Upon completion, the Estate will comprise of sporting fields, community parks and recreation reserves including a Melbourne Water Wetland. The development incorporates the cultural heritage of the site with the restoration of the drystone walls throughout.

DCE’s involvement included the design, tendering and contract administration of all civil infrastructure.
