DCE is delivering civil engineering design and construction supervision for Dexus’ 120ha industrial estate in Ravenhall, including subdivision works, trunk infrastructure, major road upgrades, and Melbourne Water scheme integration.
Dexus’ 120-hectare site at 11-167 Palm Springs Road, Ravenhall, is situated in Melbourne’s core West industrial precinct, strategically close to the proposed Western Intermodal Freight Terminal. Planned development includes up to 380,000 square metres of commercial and industrial property, valued at approximately $480 million over 5–7 years.
DCE has been engaged by Dexus to deliver civil engineering design and construction supervision. Early collaboration with authorities ensured timely delivery of key trunk infrastructure, facilitated through regular meetings and updated project programs.
DCE’s scope includes the industrial subdivision works, Palm Springs Road upgrade, delivery of 900mm City West Water Trunk Sewer, two VicRoads intersection upgrades, and Melbourne Water Scheme works.
DCE worked in a collaborative approach with the Client and future lot builders to hand over critical lots prior to SoC to enable early building works to occur.
