DCE were appointed as the head infrastructure consultant for MAB Corporation’s Element Park, a 3 Stage 38 Hectare industrial / commercial development located on the corner of Berwick-Cranbourne Road and Thompsons Road in Clyde North.
As Head Infrastructure Consultant, DCE’s involvement included the design, tendering and contract administration of all civil infrastructure including the upgrade of the Berwick-Cranbourne Road and the construction of a new signalised intersection which provides the main access to the Bunnings Warehouse and retail centre.
