DCE was engaged by Banco Group to deliver civil engineering design and construction supervision for East Brunswick Village (EBV), an award-winning mixed-use urban renewal project featuring new roads, drainage, and a signalised intersection on Nicholson Street.
East Brunswick Village (EBV) is one of the inner north’s largest and most exciting urban renewal projects. With over three hectares of well thought out architecturally designed and landscaped space and just six kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, EBV’s vision is of a self-sustaining village where everything you need is just a short walk away.
Located on Nicholson Street, EBV compromises of a Coles Supermarket, specialty shops, childcare, medical centre and a six-storey apartment complex.
DCE were engaged by Banco Group to provide civil engineering consultancy services including the design and construction supervision of a signalised intersection, internal roads, carpark and drainage associated with the development.
When completed, EBV will comprise a number of unique mid-size apartment buildings, each with an activated, villagers-only rooftop, a host of smart and convenient amenities, retail, wellness and entertainment offerings, and abundant opportunities for
community connection.
