DCE is delivering civil engineering design and project management services for AVID Property Group’s Bloomdale, a 143-hectare masterplanned residential community in Diggers Rest, comprising 1,600 residential lots.
In addition to residential subdivision works, DCE is responsible for the design and delivery of key road infrastructure, including new traffic signals at Houdini Drive and Vineyard Road, road widening and a new roundabout at License Road and Vineyard Road, and the construction of a new roundabout at Diggers Rest-Coimadai Road.
Bloomdale incorporates sustainability initiatives such as recycled water and 17 hectares of wetlands and open space. Recognised for its sustainable design, the project has earned UDIA’s EnviroDevelopment certification.
DCE is also proud to provide services for Vantage Bloomdale, a new 12-hectare land lease community adjacent to Bloomdale. This over-55s neighbourhood will feature 300 new homes and resort-style amenities.
