DCE was appointed by MAB Pty Ltd as a Leading Engineering Consultant for Alliance Business Park, a 34 Hectare industrial development in Epping.
Alliance Business Park Development was developed as a single stage development and the works signalised intersection for Vicroads/DoT, Extension of Edgars Road up to O’Herns Road intersection, Melbourne Scheme Drainage works.
DCE was responsible for all stakeholder coordination including liaison with authorities and other relevant parties, functional design, detail design for Roads & Drainage works, Sewer & Water Reticulation works, Melbourne Water Scheme Drainage works and all other associated infrastructure works. New roads were constructed either side of Edgars Creek including a culvert crossing to link all developed industrial parks.
