Senior CAD Draftsperson - Land Development

We are seeking a Senior CAD Draftsperson with demonstrated experience to provide technical drawing support across a diverse portfolio of engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design engineers to produce 12d design outputs and create engineering plans that meet authority and DCE standards
- Lead and mentor junior drafters, sharing expertise and fostering professional growth
- Actively participate in team discussions to promote best practices and technical improvements
- Perform drawing revisions and updates as required
Senior Civil Engineer

Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will collaborate with team members to develop and produce functional, detailed civil designs. As a leader, you will guide and mentor colleagues and junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering continuous development through knowledge sharing and active participation in technical discussions.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in Land Development
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HecRAS, and Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated experience in designing roads, drainage, sewer and water reticulation, retarding basins, and wetlands
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Motivated and collaborative team player

Graduate Intake
Applications are currently open for July 2025 graduate intake.
We believe that our engineers should gain a strong design base before moving to other areas of the business, as this leads to higher performing, more well-rounded engineers. As a Graduate Engineer you will gain insight into all areas of the firm, from design to construction and project management, but your initial role will be strongly design focussed, with room to progress into other areas of interest as you progress your career.
