DCE was engaged by LOGOS (now ESR) to deliver civil engineering design and construction supervision for the 28ha Truganina Logistics Estate, a modern industrial development strategically positioned within Melbourne’s core western freight corridor.
The Truganina Logistics Estate is located in the heart of Melbourne’s industrial west. Situated at 285 Palmers Road, Truganina the 28-hectare industrial subdivision is located between both Doherty’s Rd and Leakes Road, benefiting from direct access to Melbourne’s arterial road network.
ESR is developing the site into a modern logistics estate with the capacity to accommodate a variety of warehouses, with an estimated total developable GLA of 160,000sqm.
