The project has revitalised a key site in Preston, creating a vibrant, connected community that supports housing diversity and social inclusion.
DCE’s role included flood modelling, internal and external drainage design, and coordination of critical services with the broader design team. The successful delivery of roads, drainage, and utility services was achieved through innovative and efficient civil design solutions, with a strong focus on sustainability, accessibility, and design excellence.
Preston Crossing provides affordable and community-focused housing solutions and delivers essential infrastructure to support long-term growth and liveability. The mix of residential typologies, including a Nightingale building, exemplifies sustainable and community-led living.
