DCE was engaged by Pomeroy Pacific to provide detailed design and construction supervision on the sewer relocation works at Dandenong Road, Oakleigh.
The project involved micro tunnelling / laser guided boring between bored pier piling that was in place by the builders constructing the new multi story apartment complex and under Dandenong Road. The sewer pipe used for this project was 200m of DN250 GRP and 50m of 225 PVC. Due to existing services present throughout the alignment of the sewer works, constant monitoring of the alignment was required on top of the detailed service proving exercise completed. The project was successfully completed on budget and time to allow the construction of the multi story apartment complex.
