DCE was engaged by Commercial and Industrial Property Pty Ltd (CIP) to design and project manage construction of the automated diesel loading facility for Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd in coordination with the Structural Engineering subcontractor.
The design incorporated a bio-retention stormwater quality improvement device and underground containment blind sump to meet the requirements of Brisbane City Council’s guidelines for Stormwater from Service Stations and Fuel Dispensing Areas. In addition to this, the design incorporated the standard and technical specifications of Caltex Australia Petroleum Pty Ltd.
Located on a 4300m² block the facility is Caltex Australia’s fourth 24-hour unmanned diesel stop in Brisbane.
