In the lead up to International Women’s Day next week, we’re thrilled to announced that DCE has been reviewed and recognised as a WORK180 Endorsed Employer for All Women.
WORK180 promotes organisational standards that raise the bar for all women in the workplace, around the world. It does this by endorsing and supporting workplaces that are committed to gender equity, diversity, and inclusion, and making it easy for women to find fulfilling roles with them. It’s all about enabling workplaces to do better, while empowering women to expect better.
In 2021, only 50% of companies were successful in meeting WORK180’s endorsement standards. That’s not because WORK180 asks employers to be perfect, but they must have a proven commitment to the careers of all women. DCE was recognised for offering a number of supportive policies. These include;
-
flexible working;
-
12 weeks paid parental leave to primary carers (gender neutral);
-
employee assistance program;
-
career development; and
-
an inclusive and anti-discriminatory culture
Starting this journey with WORK180 is just one of the many ways DCE will continue to prove our commitment to creating a workplace where members of our team can thrive. To learn more, visit DCE’s dedicated section of the WORK180 platform: https://work180.com/en-au/for-women/employer/dceng
