Canopi Lae Street

Red.c's Canopi, Lae Street project is a medium density development located in West Footscray. Situated at the gateway to Kingsville and Yarraville, the project comprised of 43 three bedroom homes.

DCE's involvement included the design, tendering and contract administration of all civil infrastructure.

In December 2012, the Canopi Lae Street project received the UDIA (Vic) Award for Excellence in the category of Medium Density Development. In their notes, the Judges remarked that "Canopi provides a clear urban design response to difficult site conditions" and that "an unwavering attention to detail, innovation and commitment to high quality finishes set Canopi apart".
