Inclusion & Diversity

DCE is thrilled to have launched DCE ID at the 2018 annual team event at ACMI.

The seven DCE ID statements were developed by the CSR Committee to formalise and communicate DCE's commitment to inclusion and diversity. The statements were presented to every team member who had the opportunity to anonymously submit their support of each statement using a sliding scale and all seven statements were overwhelmingly supported by the DCE team.

DCE is proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation and these statements representing the organisation and its team are a formal acknowledgement of that.
